Realtime Multiple-Pitch + Multiple-Instrument DetectionThis is the support page for an ongoing project, currently under review, regarding Realtime Multiple-Pitch and Multiple-Instrument Detection using machine learning algorithms. This project is also under development for MaxMSP and Pure Data realtime computer music programming environments. Result SamplesThe following two figures show a sample score of a sample audio recording which was used for subjective evaluation of the system. Compare the flute and Piano trajectories in both figures. Note that while the Piano is imitating the flute, those values are always less than that of the flute. ![]() Figure 1: Sample score excerpt of Francis Poulenc Sonata for Flute and Piano ![]() Figure 2: Results of automatic realtime transcription on a recording of the above score DevelopmentCheck the real-time transcription page « Realtime Multiple-Pitch Observation | Projects | Realtime Gesture Analysis » |
